My $0.02: Waht if it's like the Enterprise? Y'know, force fields for use 
externally and internally, ways to seal of decks with hull breaches... 
Y'know, good stuff. Hellstromme can put shields around Denver and Junkyard, 
it would make sense that he can do it for a ship like the Untiy. (Though 
that brings up the image of ol' Brain in the Jar saying things like "Make it 
so" and "Engage"....)
