Actually, i asked this a while back, and in the accumulated rulings:

Q) Sex: A question asked by a player is how well does an infiltrator system let
you fake this? The answer is easy of female characters, but not for guys...
should a male infiltrator be able to get it up?
Not very important to playing HoE, but an interesting question. - dougs

A) The infiltrator system covers all aspects of being alive, so if the
infiltrator had to "sacrifice" his body for the cause, he'd be able to perform
