Sorry, but no. Re-read the hindrance description. Besides, if a bonus to the
scrutinize roll was the only effect, the Mark o' Death would be really puny
compared to other Harrowed hindrances - who are VERY harsh.

True, but one could also expect that at very least the leader of the cult
would be educated in the occult, thus making Infiltrators with Mark o' Death
a huge risk, as Cyborgs are very expensive to make.
