That should function as Roll a d10... that's how many d6's damage it does. It's
supposed to represent the randomness of the power or something like that.

I'll mention the coherency problem to him, thanks. Also regarding your quote
about munchkinism... well the whole dang campaign is munchkin, it's the campaign
we started because we wanted something to do while waiting for the marshal to
our "Main" campaign to show up. I have been calling it "Munchkins from Hell (on
Earth). It's crazy, but fun. I tore the main character in half the second
session, now he's rebuilding himself (cyborg... who doesn't know he's cyborg, AI
computer glitch's can be fun)
