Actually, given that each Frame Size has X number of slots, it seems that 
Frame Size = volume.  You're not going to be able to squeeze the same amount 
of slots into a polearm 6' tall as you are into a human being 6' tall.  :)  
That's the criteria I would be using for determining frame size, based on 
the chart in the Junkers SB.  All IMO, of course.
