[HOE] I have one twisted player, thoughts?[Fwd: firestorm]

Hey all, I have a really twisted player, he came up with this new power, which I
now submit to you for review. All comments and suggestions on how to modify it
are welcome (especially if we can give him a little more rope to hang himself
with)

Thanks in Advance
