This better be a Mysterious Past result giving him the Greenie Edge (I'm
assuming it's Greenie and not full-blown Syker), or I think the guy's trying
to go munchkin on you.

Well, I'd say that he should have to roll for Brainburn (probably with a
plus to the roll) if he fails to turn it off when he wants to. Also, burning
the Mental Traits is a kind of cool idea, but I wouldn't have it burn Mien
or Cognition. Knowledge, Smarts, and Spirit, yes, since they come directly
from and out of the brain, but Mien and Cognition involve other body areas,
so ditch those. As for the damage (whatever it's supposed to be), I'dsay
that he shouldn't be able to spend Fate Chips on the damage to himself. I'm
basing this on something somewhere that implied to me that a deliberately
self-inflicted wound couldn't be canceled by Fate Chips. I'd call this
deliberately self-inflicting a wound (or fifteen). I'd also call the power
just plain Pyrokinetic- not also Sykokinetic.

On a note not directly related to the function of the power itself, PLEASE
get this guy to learn how to write coherently. I know that, due to the
scope of the OT list, I'm wanted for pedantry in the US, Canada, Germany,
France, Australia, and New Zealand (and those are just the places I know
of!), but I'm not asking for perfection here. I'm just asking that he use
normal capitalization and that things make sense when you read them (see the
bit about the damage). You agree with me, don't you, Brian?
