That's fine.  But once you have that, reword it and add a rule that
can be dealt, even though it is basically redundant.  Maybe tag some
rules in the rulefile as redundant so they don't get counted twice.

If you have:

"onions are worth 2"
"carrots are worth 3 more than onions"

then you KNOW that

"carrots are worth 5"  Just have it create a card that can be dealt
that says that.

Either I'm not understanding what the problem is, or you're talking
about something else.
