ah! Okay now I "think" I understand things ....

IF a PC "takes" up to 10 points in hindrances, they then have 10 points that they can "buy" Edges with. Is that right? Have I got it now? I think I do.
So can they "also" use those hindrance points to buy more Aptitudes instead of Edges?

What page is this additional info on btw way, cause I certainly can't find additional info.
