[BNW] white House Snuffer Fields

Actually there's an easy answer to why the field would be turned off before JFK
goes through the White House lawn...his Delta bodyguards/Secret Service men.
You wouldn't want your main protectors to be suddenly vulnerable while you're
leaving your house would you?

Also, probably just a very small part of the field would be taken down for him
to leave..so the White House would still be safe behind him..(as far as Delta
attacks are concerned)
