It's taken me a long time to catch up on messages, so am just reading
yours. Our boy Paddington didn't have any identifiable health problems
(other than the luxating patella), but was very skinny for a long time,
and a picky eater who was largely disinterested in food. He was really
about 4 years old before he started to fill out a bit, and now, at 6, he
looks really well proportioned. Because of the knee, we'll keep him on the
light side, but he's 32" and weighs about 125#. So I wouldn't give any
artificial boosts to muscle mass etc.--time and good food will take care
of it.
Ann, Peg, Paddington and Ivy Rose (he eats much better since I came to
stay--I *love* to lick out his bowl!)
