Our Tia is the same way... we rescued her about a year and a half ago,
and I've heard her bark about 3 or 4 times since then (so much for the
incessant barking - we got lucky!). Our other dogs bark like lunatics at
everything, but every time Tia barks, it's something really serious.
Usually our neighbors across the street trying to kill each other, but
it's serious to her! Then again, they were ALL completely silent while
our truck was being stolen out of the driveway :(
Kris and Tia, the big strong silent type :)
