First...I noticed the grin; however, not knowing this breed, I kinda imagined it
was a smirk! You made my day telling me it was for certain a grin ;-) Willow does
look out the windows a lot but it always appears to me that she's just looking
because she sits and looks from left to right...will notice car lights if it is
dark...then will either lay down, come to me for a cuddle or will entice Tony to
play some more!

So far when she and Tony have been outside it is my GSD who barks and gets
agitated. Willow just looks and stands there very prim, proper and stately. The
only times I have heard a bark from her is when she and Tony are playing really
hard and Willow gets in a play pose...tail wagging all over the place with a big
smile on her face. Maybe the barking will come later or maybe she thinks she'll
let Tony waste his breath and she'll handle the big stuff...if it comes along. She
was raised in a very quiet and structured home where I don't believe she had the
chance to really be a happy puppy...you know, rolling on the floor and
playing...lots of big hugs and cuddles...someone giving her positive
reinforcement. I think her home stifled a lot of her youth...but now she is coming
out of her shell and really bouncing all over the house and yard. It really makes
me happy to see her smiling, playing, walking on linoleum (finally) and waiting at
the end of the kitchen counter with the other dogs waiting for their little
treats...I don't think she had that before.

> recall"?

Sorry, should have been more clear...a truly reliable recall. Willow does have a
recall, mostly, when she is in my yard...and a nearly perfect one when we are in
the house.
