Yes, you're right. Someone should probably ask them for permission prior to
deciding to do any coding. And if the answer is no, we'll surely come up
with some fancy name for our own clone. ;)

Well, even if that were true, I believe there are several other games in
the server that are considered solved. Connect4, for instance, or even
Survival, as someone pointed out recently. I'm not sure if that's a reason
for dismissing a game at all. After all, all games that involve no chance
are ultimately solvable (at least in theory ;).
