If a pre-War Tank cost $50,000,000 I can see Cyborgs costing between
$20,000,000 to $30,000,000. But if a Hummer cost $5,000,000 a suit of Power
Armor must be near $20,000,000. Then factor the cost of training of an
operator (remember you have to learn Drivin': Battlesuit) and his living
expenses and wages for the length of a military career. The cost of the
Cyborg is "Organic" upkeep is a pound of meat if damaged (no need for
lodging, food, wages or amenities because the dead have no rights in almost
every country). As for the Can going rouge, it's already been stated that
the AI stops that but what about a Battlesuit Operator, nothing's stopping
him so who is the greater security risk?
