Well, but think about some of the stuff you could do with the red-chip power as
you wrote it. Like, put a .44 round through the eyeslit of a cyborg in
Dreadnought armor...from a mile off...in the dark...while hanging upside down
from a helicopter...you get the idea. :) That's a REALLY powerful ability, much
more so even than a normal Legend Chip. It might even be too powerful to use at
all, though I can't say for certain.
