Was hoping to get it done on the list with everyone contributing a bit.

i'll take dirk's advice and swap the red and blue chip powers sloth now
looks thus

Sloth

Sloth comes to any who are lazy or unwilling to work their fair share
he will offer them the use of his powers if they will just keep up their
lazy ways

White
Apathy: pick a victim within LOS the victim then makes a  spirit roll vs TN
7 failure causes the target to lapse into a temporary depression and serious
bout of apathy -4 to all actions other than just sitting down
this power last as long as the servant of sloth concentrates

Red
Nightmares: this power allows the servant of sloth to inflict nightmares on
any target he has previously touched (TN11 spirit and a TN 9 vigour) if the
spirit roll is failed the target looses his lowest chip and if the vigour
roll is failed the target suffers a -2 to all actions this is cumulative
over multiple days up to - 10 then the target falls into a troubled sleep
for 10 days when he awakes he is tired and scared of all he sees

Blue
Sleep: at a touch the servant of sloth can cause any target to fall asleep
(TN11 vigour to stay awake) this power lasts 1d6 minutes during which the
target cannot be awoken by any means the target then falls into a natural
sleep (multiply time x10 if victim is a heavy sleeper)

Legend
Coma: with a touch the target is placed into a comatose state this lasts one
day but can be maintained by the servant of sloth with a TN6 spirit roll. it
takes a doctor with medicine general 7 or higher FIVE successful rolls
against a TN 15 roll to wake the target ant failed rolls take one sucess off
and a bust resets the count

Vexation
Sloth will leave any servant who works when it is not needed or any person
who does not get 14hrs of sleep a day
