You negate UP TO five Wind with a white chip.  You can't gain wounds OR Wind
back after the fact.  If you have two Wind from a wound, take three from
bleeding and spend a white chip to prevent it, you negate the three Wind you
took and keep the two Wind you had from before.  "No takebacks allowed"
seems to be the name of the game.
