[HOE] : General Questions

Hello all,

I have some general questions about HoE. Perhaps someone can help a
brainer like me.

1) How useful is the DEADLANDS MARSHALL'S GUIDE in the HoE universe?

2) The HoE Character Creation program is nice.... 
BUT...

What do I have to do leagally to release my own Character Creation
program? SJGames has a very definite legal web page concerning this
type of thing, but I couldn't find anything on the PEGinc site.

The same applies to homebrew Character Sheets... I have Adobe Acrobat
and a mean drawing hand...

3) DEADLANDS: FALLOUT. Anyone? Anyone? ;)

4) Any starting advice for a new marshall to keep in mind before he
runs his first game would be appreciated.
