Do doomsayers when casting tolerance get the minuses off any powers they cast on themselves i.e you have got tolerance up and plus six to your rolls to resist radiation does your target number go up by six to cast any powers on yourself or at others NEED INSTANT RESPONSE AS THIS IS BEING QUESTIONED IN GAME BY EVERYONE AND HOLDING THE GAME UP.................?
