I don't think i'd allow cryokinesis at all. after all, I can see
pyrokinesis, since you are just adding energy to matter, which causes heat.
but to subtract it from matter, I think, would be pushing things a bit.
would it be possable to regain strain by freezing a pond? Physics just
makes me uneasy about that one (yes, I know. it's not real. I still like
to stick to real world explanations as much as I can)
