hi y'all
thanks for your input but a few comments:

I ran a Blessed in hell or High Water and he definetly was not a monkey in
the wrench.  Sure, he was an alcoholic with low faith levels due to all
those years of alcoholism (plus he was missing a boot from throwing it out a
window in a drunken rage) but he certainly did not derail the adventure. 
However, the Hexslinger John Pilgrim could definetly derail an adventure
(Hexslinger by Steve Long's Law Dogs rules).  The ability to make any round
of any type is exceptionally powerful so maybe being a Blessed isn't so bad
in comparision to nuking a city block or creating a jet fighter or causing a
head to explode from 50 yards away.  :-/

Another comment:  I looked in Boise Horror and Simon just has faith
unspecified.  I didnt see a reference to christianity but maybe I missed it.

Maybe my question now would be: Does the Templar belief in a greater
goodness qualify them to the Protection Miracle?

(To think an Irradiated Tumbleweed just ran through this little corner of
Cyberspace... Ha!)
