[HOE] Dogs of War

Last night I was proposed an interesting/scary question about animal
sidekicks, Randy the Wonderdog had just buried his last bone in heroic
fashion, now the junker has a little brainwave, he starts asking whether it
would be possible to make a spirit fetter for animals and then start
upgrading, fortunately he has neither the skills nor the resources to carry
out this little idea but I think a seed has been planted, so this will
probably come up, I'll probably allow it, I trust the player in question not
to exploit it too much for serious firepower (I'll get to use them against
them too) I was wondering if anyone has worked any mount tables for any
animals or done any work on anything like this or any suggestions.
