Ya all over-looked one VERY important major in this twisted little tale: 
Good ole' Coot Jenkins.  Read Jackie's journal it's in there.  In fact he's 
the one that told her about the "Path of Stone," she used to go back in 
time.
Makes ya wonder what ole' Coot's been too lately, ain't heard from him in a 
while.  But he's always been quite the busy little bee and he's got it in 
for the Reckoners.  Besides he said he only lost "A good part" of his 
Harrowed army in the hunting grounds.  I imagine the few followers he has 
left are some pretty bad asses.
As far as the Crossbreed (aliens that live in the Devil's Tower,) I actually 
ran the adventure once, and the first thing that you notice about the 
crossbreeds is that they were a dying race.  I would surmise that they each 
all died out before Jackie, Coot and the Nameless Scientist, (I'm thinkin' 
probably the Chamber) moved in and set up shop.  Either that or the afore 
mentioned crossbreeds were so desperate that formed an alliance with Jackie 
and co. (probably hoping she could change the future (and stop a city buster 
from hitting they're home.)
As to how the heck a Tech-filled City Buster got through the Sioux No-Tech 
zone....well ya got me stumped.  That damn No-Tech Zone has created more 
inconsistences in HOE than I care to count.  They really oughtta clean that 
up.
