I used a base of 13, +5 for wound penalties (I don't have my book in front
of me either.)
Which - to use your figures, would be about 4.15% per die. And, each die
is not strictly additive, as there is a "dampening" effect, in general you
can add 'em all up, and shave off a few points to get a rough estimate.
Two 50/50 shots, of which only one need to be good, is a 75% chance of
success.
Or - you could just use the calculation program that someone wrote up and I
downloaded. :-)
