Re: [HOE] [HoE] Witch Healing Poultices
Hey there,
There have been some good comments - but let me put the official
stamp on some of 'em.

A poultice can heal all non-internal wounds in one location.
Scott brought up a good point - No Harrowed.
>2.) How severe can a wound be and still have the poultice take effect?
>(ie. can you use it like "skin glue" to reattach a limb)?
Generally not - but this is a marshal's call - if a limb was taken to 5
wounds through a series smaller wounds, it's likely that the poultice
would work. But a limb blasted off is gone.
>3.) How long does a poultice take to apply to a wounded area?
A minute to slap down (after which any bleeding is stopped), and a few more
minutes to secure the poultice.
>4.) How long does the poultice take to heal a wound?
Same time as a medicine roll used to treat the same area. That is what the
witch does - treats the wound with the poultice. (Hey - it needs some
limitations)
>5.) Does a person have to be at rest to have a poultice take effect?
Not necessarily, but I would say that a wound taken to the injured area
during the "healing time" would negate the poulice.
>6.) Once made, can anyone apply a poultice?
No. It takes the special mojo of the Witch to make it effective.
