I agree that Witch stuff needs to be clarified. They're very cool, but seem
haphazardly thrown together, like they were a last minute thought. I hope
Pinnacle will do a Hexarcana-type book for Hell On Earth that will perhaps
expand their spells, relics, and background.

As for how the poultice works, I think you have a good foundation from the
other responses.
