Well Steve,
I like it! I think that it gives a fair chance to whoop up on armored ass, while
extracing a price for use. (If I remember right the martial artist use a CHI power to do
the same thing and they have to spend chips to regain their CHI). I seems very balanced
as well, i think that it is a good solution.
