Nope, not a Typo, any character who spends all his points in Edges is goin
to find himself hurtin' when he needs Skills to use.  When I make a
Character I usually 12-15 pts. in Edges, 10 Pts in Hindrances (or More if I
take VotWW or VotFW), and spend the rest of my points in skills....
