Thank you, Chris! I think its great! This is the kind of stuff I'm
talking about! By the nature of what you wrote, I think you're more
liberal with the grit than I tend to be (I haven't had any one live to
get past 4 yet), but I like the idea. One question, though - what
happens when a posse member hits 5 in a specific color? Do you let it
ride until they have 5 in everything, or do you have them attract the
attention of a Horseman/Stone/whatever in each separate case (or perhaps
you don't bother with this mechanic at all and simply use grit as a
"level" indicator)?
Any more interesting house rules out there?
