[HoE] [HOPLER] Rad Wraith/Children of the Atom ?

Okay, I double-checked at the accumulated rulings listing, and didn't see an
answer to this.

(And, hmmm, have to admit, I wouldn't have thought to look under "Weapons"
for Nukin' Stick, either - any chance of cross referenceing that under
"Doomsayer"?)

Anyhoo...

The Doomsayer Rad Wraith miracle, we're not quite tracking on here.

First of all, how far can this thing _move_ from the Doomsayer who casts it?
The "Range" is specified as "5 Yards," but this doesn't make sense if it's
the total distance the RW can move from its caster. It would make it pretty
much useless for spying and scouting, its primary function. And some of the
miracle description doesn't jibe with this either.

On the other hand, "Unlimited" range seems a bit excessive.

On the other, other hand, 5 yards as a Range for anything seems unnecessary,
such as how far it _initially_ appears from the caster. Would anybody
really care if it could be moved out, say, 4 extra yards?

But anyhoo...then there's the release of the miracle itself. The Doomsayer
rolls for the miracle when he casts the miracle on the Rad Wraith. This
does neatly bypass folks with the Knack that lets them counter chips spent
on rolls if you allow that kind of thing in HoE (or can they retroactively
spend Chips when the RW releases the miracle - unlikely, but thought we'd
check).

Just as a note, although it ain't cheap, this can make a single pinpoint
Nuke awfully dangerous. For 10 Strain you can send a Wraith (presumably)
any distance, and tell him, "Go to that building, look for the guy with a
Red Hat and unleash the Nuke" and spend a lot of chips on the roll to place
the Nuke on the RW in the first place. Kinda eliminates the need for having
to worry about the huge Nuke range.

Definitely an adventure-busting kinda combo, at any rate. Anybody had
anyone try this?
