[HoE] GENCON '99 Housing Registration

I've just got off the phone with Andon.  If you faxed in a housing application
you need to mail it -- apparently they had the idea to color code them but
forgot to remove the fax number.  Andon's actual email response is below.  (On
a personal note, this guy got back to me in just under an hour so it looks
like they are getting better at this).

Hello Jeff,
	Due to a problem here at our office, a number of Housing Request Forms were
mailed out without the insert requesting that you mail the form to us.  I
apologize for the miscommunication.  If you could please mail us the form, we
will be able to assure that you recieve priority processing for your Housing
Form.  A large number of rooms were reserved for Early Bird registrations, so
there should not be a problem with providing you with a hotel near the
convention center.
