For this particular abuse I would give him the hindrence hankeren' 
(tobacco). The problem is that he is only supposed to use it during the 
ceremony but he wants to do it all the time. He could get moody and get the 
shakes when he is not using. Think of "trainspotting" because this is 
special "spiritual" tobbacco and therefore more addictive. If you really 
wanted to be a jerk you could also give him ailen' (lung cancer)
