I have gamed frequently with a doctor, since I married her. : )
She is generally amused by the ability of characters in games to take
massive damage without being bothered. After seeing numerous gunshot
victims, she has decided a realistic system would be pointless and not much
fun. Generally we ignore the unrealistic nature of games and just have fun.
