Well I am a volunteer paramedic that has been on more trauma calls than 
I can count.  Most game damage systems are not accurate.  The best one 
for accuracy Friday Night Fire Fight from Cyberpunk.  

My players get b#tchy with me about guns.  I do gunsmithing as a hobby 
and I'm a bit of a stickler for the accuracy (no pun) for which they are 
portrayed.
