[DL] new Kung Fu power (comments requested)

The martial artist has the ability to heal himself
(with BLOOD OF GOLD), but he doesn't have the ability
to heal others. This is a power (albeit weak) to allow
the martial artist to heal his friends.

SHARE THE WEALTH
TN: Special
Strain: Special
Speed: Special
Duration: Concentration
This is a very unique chi power that allows an
experienced martial artist to extend her chi around
another person and take on their wounds in order to
heal them.
To use Share The Wealth, the martial artist must
remain within 5 yards of the hero she wishes to heal
for the duration. The TN, Strain, and time required to
use the powerare shown on a table below. Succesful use
of Share The Wealth means that the martial artist and
her friend share wound levels, any wounds the martial
artist's friend has are added to her own wounds and
vice versa. The martial artist "must" use the TN,
Strain, and Time Required for her friend's worst wound
level.
While this power is activated, the martial artist and
her friend's chi are aligned. Any supernatural healing
that affects one will also affect the other.
Alternately, any damage either suffers will also be
inflicted on the other. If the martial artist uses
Blood Of Gold while Sharing The Wealth then her friend
will heal along with her.
The Share The Wealth power, once activated, takes time
to take full effect. In game terms, one the Time shown
on the table has passed, the martial artist has
aligned her chi. Original wound levels should be
recorded before a wound level is shared. Any damage
taken during this time or any seperatation of martial
artist and friend of greater than 5 yards instantly
stops the power, with Strain still expended. Share The
Wealth takes the same amount of time to go away once
the power has been fully activated and concentration
has dropped. This also means that if Share The Wealth
becomes fully activated and both martial artist and
her friend are sharing a critical wound, then it will
take one hour for them to stop sharing the wound level
if the martial artist seperates from her friend.
