To be honest, I see this disadvantage as intentional. While the MA
background gets some powers that are useful for defense, in general it's
focused on internal powers. I'd be hesitant about letting the MA stomp
on the territory of the Blessed.

Interesting way of handling it... Note that the wound penalties could
make the healing roll pretty difficult, of course..

While the rules seem to work to keep it from being munchy... I could see
it being abused. Heck, it'd be worth it to have a MA use this on an
enemy to weaken them both so the rest of the posse can pile on...
Dangerous, though...
Also, for the Effects idea, is this a drastic obvious effect? I.E. MA X
uses this on Posse Member Y who promply gets sliced up. Do cuts appear
on MA X's body?
