Me, I don't think any armory is gonna make weapons out of Ghost Steel --
to expensive and mad-science-like.  "Armory" to my mind means "mass
produce"  -- like for the war effort.  Any way, take a normal Winchester
Rifle, add a huge chunk to the cost for the Ghost Steel construction,
add sights/telescopic optics from either Collegium or Smith & Robards or
Law Dogs, and use magnum ammo from either Collegium or Smith & Robards,
and you get pretty close.  You'd have to contact a specialized gunsmith
or maybe even a Mad Scientist to build the gun frame, any gunsmith could
and the fancy sights, and the ammo is ordered from on S&R.  (I don't
have my books handy or I'd pull page numbers from the correct books for
you.)
