[DL] Rifle

Ok gun enthusiasts I need technical help. One of my players asked if he 
could commission a rifle. This is the description provided. I know anything 
is possible and all that, but I was wondering if, 1. is there such a rifle 
out there like this and when it was developed. 2.what problems could be seen 
develop from this rifle. 3. the technical specs on this thing.
Also he's playing a southerner and was wondering what armory would make this 
from the south. I have BE:ts and will be checking for anything in there.

Dear Sir,
I am interested in obtaining services in the construction of a rifle.  I 
would  like the rifle to be lever action with a magazine of at least ten 
rounds.  The calibure to be .45 to .50.  I am most interested in having the 
rifle accurate at extreme range out too 900 yrds and would like the enhanced 
sights.  The length of the stock needs to be x inchs, which is the length 
from my shoulder to the correct firring postion.  I would prefer the rifle 
to be made out of ghoast rock to be both stronger and lighter than 
convential steel.  Please respond to Dodge City telegraph office.
