I would assume you mean Ghost Steel here. Having a
rifle made out of coal would be somewhat unique if
short lived ;-)

Does the player want the entire thing made out of
Ghost Steel or just the usual metal bits? I know what
common sense says, but there are some mighty strange
players out there sometimes.
