[BNW] Power Package Idea

Ok, I'm new at making my own powers, but here goes.

CACTUS

Powers:

Armor- The cactus' skin is naturally tough. Armor 10/-.

Spikes- The cactus has the ability to create dozens of bone-like spikes,
which quickly jut out of the skin all over the body. The spikes are sharp
enough to pierce rock and metal up to 2 inches thick. They vary from 6 to 12
inches in length, and about an inch wide. They will not come out of the skin
in areas that would damage the cactus himself (ie underarms while the arms
are down), but they will gladly rip through his clothes. Creating or
absorbing the spikes requires only a thought, or an action in combat. Damage
is dealt with as follows:

Anyone within a foot of the cactus when the spikes pop out receives 5d6+5
points of damage to any body parts in range. Anyone holding on to the cactus
when the spikes come out receives 5d6+10 points of damage to all hit
locations. Anyone trying to attack the cactus up close when the spikes are
already out suffers their strength+5 points to whatever body part they
attack with. With the spikes out, the cactus can deal strength+5 points of
melee damage. This attack is considered fighting: barehanded or martial
arts:barehanded.

Tricks:

Super spike- After one round of concentration and an extra success with a
fighting:barehanded roll, the cactus can combine all his small spike into
one. This spike can come from any body part, travels 5 yards, and does
5d6+10 points of damage.

Counterattack- With an extra success with a dodge roll in close combat, the
cactus can hit the attacker with a spike while using the attacker's
momentum. The attacker receives their strength+5d6+10 points of damage.

Sorry that the explanation is so crude. I tried to make it as understandable
as possible. Please reply with any comments/criticisms. I though it might be
too much damage, but it only works up close, so I thought it balanced out.
Thanks for your time.
