My game assumes that the Armorgeddon suits aren't the gadgets; the _real_
gadget that requires upkeep is the orbiting satellites that beam power,
Tesla-style, down to the suits.

This has drawbacks - Amorgeddon suits lose connection with their power if
they move under cover and have only 1 minute of battery power - but it makes
at least a modicum of sense.

It also means that when the hammer comes down, the PCs can negate _all_ the
Armorgeddon units in the country - assuming they can get into orbit and take
out the satellites...
