Yes, but you can only be maintaining one device at time. That means they
can spend 1 hour a day maintaining 1 suit. If they want to maintain a
second suit they have to spend 8 hours overhauling it to get it running.
But then they're maintaining that one instead, so they can't spend 1 hour
on it the next, and 1 hour on the first, as they'd have to go back and
overhaul the first one that they stopped maintaining.

Go back and re-read the rules in the main book. They explain it a lot
better than I can.
