I agree here. The "teleport objects into people rules" from Matt are good
enough for ranged attacks.
Lets see if I can find them... here they are

Sure. You can teleport an object like you teleport a foe. You just have to be
touching it. I'd say this could be up to
about 200 pounds.

Since two objects can't share the same space, it's the equivalent of forcing the
molecules of one thing through another
while they're not yet fully integrated again. When it's all done, the two
usually lay next to each other in varying
stages of damage. This negates all armor, since it can basically hurt every
molecule in a person's body, bypassing any
external covering.

They would, but this should be very hard to do. I'd say it would take three
extra successes on the navigation roll to
pull it off. This would be the same for teleporting something into someone else.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
So with 3 extra success you can move an object to within a person doing 5d6+10
(adjusted depending on the objects size, I would assume) damage that bypasses
armor. If that object was a grenade, you'd get damage as the grenade moves out
of the persons body and then it would explode once clear (the spoon wouldn't be
able to move inside the person, but would flick up right next to the body.
If you don't get the 3 extra success (it is rather hard to get 20 on 5d6+5) the
grenade would go off nearby, and possibly get them anyway. If you botch you are
in a lot of trouble....

I agree it's too powerful, though peopel wouldn't be stck in objects... they get
forced out. A trick that let you imbed them in objects would probably be too
powerful... unable to breath, it would be almost certain death from a single
attack.
An alpha could have those pwers though, since at this point in time Alphas are
plot devices with whatever powers the GM wants them to have.
