Actually, I read an article at wfcomics.com about
insurance in comics and insurance in real life. The
author's article was basically between a rep for an
insurance company and this lawyer. The insurance
companies didn't like the way they were portrayed in
the comics and they wanted this lawyer to do something
about it. They discussed how an insurance company
wouldn't screw customers out of coverage for Hulk
smashing through their house "because they didn't have
Hulk insurance" and said they would cover them
otherwise they would lose clientel and other details.
The column regularly discusses how things, mainly the
law, are mis-portrayed in comic books. If you want to
know more specifics I can find out. I'm just not able
to right now.
