Since there is no ammo concern I think the innocent bystanders thing is
the only reason (there is also collateral property damage, if the blaster
cares).

Incidently, does anyone else think the multiple shots rules are kinda
wacked/incomplete? It seems like burst fire weapons are genearlly meant to
increase hit chance (spray'em with bullets and hope one connects), but
this is not the case in BNW.

We ran into the same problem in my Deadlands campaign (it works
basically the same, you roll your skill and every success means one
bullet hiet) and decided that you could instead divide your dice (So you
have a skill of 3d10 and you shoot three shots, you can roll 1d10 for each
shot and each 5+ gives a hit) and you could get a +1 to your roll for
each bullet that you were not trying to hit with (You only have a skill of
3d4 and you NEED to hit that guy at least once so you fire 3 shots only
intending one to hit, that gives you a +2 to your roll).
But this would really not work in BNW, any ideas?
