One of the NPCs in my up and coming BNW campaign has this "power". She's an AI named 
NINA. (I know its a blatant Cerebro rippoff...I never claimed to be original). Hopefully if I 
have time to work on my BNW website this weekend I can flesh out her powers more.

BTW if anyone can come up with a better name than NINA, I'm all ears. It stands for 
Neural-digital Intelligent Networking Agent. I need something that's definitely female 
sounding because of the history of "her". Also just so some people don't start wondering 
what kinda game I run... NINA is one of a kind.... there are no other AIs.
