[BNW] Random()

Hmmm... This listserv has *very* little going on (compared to the DL
listserv!). So here are a few random comments/questions that came up in my
BNW game over the weekend:

1. Why is it that even though the PC's KNOW that Delta Prime is watching a
particular house, they decide to drive directly there and park right in
front? Why is it that when they try to then run over a DP'er in an
Armorgeddon suit, and subsequently get chased (and escape), they head back
there and do the same thing?? *sigh*

2. The rules state that when a vehicle has an accident, all those who are
involved take 1d6+5 damage for every 5 pace the vehicle was going. So a
question: If a vehicle is going 60 pace and has an accident, would that
mean that everyone takes 14d6+60 damage? 14d6+14? 14d6+5? 1d6+60? Little
unclear on this...

3. The Stealth package, while obviously *not* a great offensive or
defensive one, is still incredibly effective. I had a Stealther sneak up
to two Delta Primers standing by their car and steal it right out from
under them (incredible lockpicking/security systems rolls - I did not make
it easy on him).

4. Thoughts on Delta Prime: With the release of the DP sourcebook far,
far off, I am left to my own devices to fully detail them. Specifically,
what kind of cars do they drive? What equipment does the 'standard' DP team
have with them? What type of ranking system does DP have? I view most
DP'ers as jack-booted thugs, revelling (sp?) in the power that the
government has given them (the government, *and* nature!). Many of them
are little better than punks and bullies, though the PC's have met a DP'er
who *seems* to have a heart... Any ideas or suggestions out there for how
to capture the true DP feel?

Sooner or later, I'm going to start posting some Power Packages I created.
That is, *if* I think people are listening. Hello? Hellllooo?? =)
