Mechanically speaking they are heavy hitters, but within the context of the 
game some of those advantages are mitigated by some serious social drawbacks. 
 Most deltas are (excepting those with the Obvious flaw) look pretty much 
like everyone else; they can go shopping, catch a train, get a date, etc., as 
well as any reg.  Not so with the goliath.  In a society where just being a 
delta is considered a crime and the game is designed for the PC's to be part 
of that underground movement known as the Defiance, being a ten foot tall, 
ugly liability will not endear you to ANY group.
