Re: [BNW] Stealth Question

Ahem, I think I muddied that question. To clarify:

Sneaky Pete sneaks up on two Delta Primers: Oblivious Oscar and
Combat-Ready Carla (great names, eh?). Oscar is, of course, oblivious to
Pete - he's just standing around, thinking about how wonderful the dental
plan is with Delta Prime. Combat-Ready Carla is sure that Sneaky Pete is
in the area, and is on her toes, scanning the area. If Pete succeeds in
making two seperate opposed Stealth rolls, what combat bonus does he get if
he attacks Oscar? What if he attacks Carla? We're assuming Pete is using a
HTH weapon (a sword, perhaps), btw.

My off-the-cuff take: Pete gets a +2 to hit Oscar, and Oscar does not get
to apply any defensive bonuses (such as his own HTH skill). If Pete
attacks Carla, he gets the +2 but Carla *can* apply her HTH skill (though
no dodging in either case).

What d'ya think?
